The truth is that good habits can be developed with any schedule. Most people have family and work responsibilities that have a major impact on the amount of daily free time, but the amount of time actually needed for better eating and including daily exercise is less than you think. A few simple routine changes can make all the difference.

We begin by working with you to document your current weekday and weekend routine.  We can then work together to identify time available for initiating change.  Everything is taken into account - from energy levels throughout the day to long daily commutes.  Planning is meant to alleviate stress, not to increase it.  We work one-on-one with you to develop the best plan forward and one that you will be comfortable with.
