Our services may completely reverse your chronic health conditon or at the very least, limit it's progression and reduce medication dosage. We work with you on an individual basis to provide the education, time management, planning, guidance and support needed to return to a healthier lifestyle. Upon initial recommendation by a family physician to begin medication, many patients express a desire to attempt lifestyle change, but most fail simply because they don't understand how to even begin a new diet and exercise program that can be maintained and will truly be effective. It is extremely common for a primary care physician to provide a 6 month window for the patient to attempt to reduce above normal lab/diagnostic values but the vast majority will need to begin the recommended medication dosage at the end of the 6 month trial period.
