Support for Primary Care Medical Offices
providing wellness guidance for patients to ensure success
Acting as an additional wellness resource for medical providers & patients everywhere
Unfortunately, primary care physicians don't have time to provide effective preventive health and wellness resources to patients. Generally, wellness counseling consists of encouraging patients to lose weight or exercise, but this verbal intervention is not enough as demonstrated by ever worsening chronic health conditions and public health. That's where we come in the picture, by providing the how, what, when, and why with step by step guidance of exactly what to do in order to be successful.
We are in the process of producing significant content to help all patients everywhere. Our initial efforts can be found on the exercise education page. Planned and current content includes:
Strength Training Using Resistance Exercise Bands (Audio/Visual content) - currently available / can be found on this site
Beginning Gym Strength Training (Audio/Visual content) - coming soon
Lab Resources Available for GI Issues (Audio/Visual content) - Many patients don't know that their primary care physician can test for everything from blood nutrient levels, food sensitivities and hormones to pancreatic enzyme levels which may help when experiencing increased gas, bloating, other systemic issues, etc. - coming soon
Eating for Nutrition (Audio/Visual content) - Helping patients understand how cancers begin as well as understanding cellular processes and their dependency on sufficient nutrients. - coming soon
Back/Neck Pain Prevention & Rehabilitation (Audio/Visual content) - Specific rehabilitation practices are necessary to restore muscular balance and strength in order to minimize pain and rehabilitate injured areas. The same information can be used to prevent musculoskeletal issues to begin with. - coming soon
Much More! - Consistent free content will be provided to aid in public health and to provide support for primary care physician patients.
